1. What Twiss is

Twiss is a free directory of stranger camps, group trips and packages run by independent organisers. We show the dates, plans, prices and seats that organisers enter, and we help you contact them directly on WhatsApp or by phone.

2. What we are not

We are not the organiser, seller, travel agent or booking agent of any trip. We do not take payments, hold your money or run trips, and no contract for a trip is made through the site. Anything you agree with an organiser (booking, payment, refund, cancellation, safety arrangements) is between you and that organiser.

3. The information on the site

Organisers write the details of their trips and keep their own dates and seat counts up to date. We try to show them clearly, but we cannot promise that any date, price, seat count, plan, permit, insurance or safety statement is correct or current. Permits and insurance shown on a trip are what the organiser says, not something we have checked. A "Verified" badge means only what the Staying safe page says it means.

4. Your responsibilities as a traveller

• Confirm the details, the price, what is included and the cancellation terms with the organiser before you pay.
• Decide for yourself whether a trip suits your health, age and experience, and follow the organiser's and the authorities' safety instructions.
• Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, to inflate the tap counts, or to collect organisers' details to send them unsolicited messages.

5. If you are an organiser

• You confirm that you are entitled to offer the trips you list, and that you will keep dates, prices and seat counts accurate.
• You are responsible for the permits and permissions your trips need (for example for camping or trekking in forest or local-body areas), for the insurance you say you have, and for the safety of your guests.
• You are responsible for your dealings with travellers, including payments, refunds and cancellations.
• You confirm that the text and photos you upload are yours to use, and you allow us to show them on the site, and in link previews, while your listing is live.
• Your WhatsApp and phone numbers are shown publicly so that travellers can reach you.
• We may hide a listing or suspend an account at any time, for example after reports or if details turn out to be false or misleading.

6. Reports and removal

You can report a trip or an organiser from its page. A person reads every report. We may hide or remove content or suspend an organiser, but we do not have to act on every report, and we do not settle disputes between travellers and organisers.

7. Ownership

The design and software of the site belong to us or our licensors. Organisers keep the rights in the text and photos they upload.

8. Our responsibility

The site is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or harm that comes from a trip, from something an organiser does or fails to do, or from relying on information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the site. The date at the top shows the latest version; if you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms. We may stop access for anyone who misuses the site.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
